The most concrete thing I did at ASIC was take a 51-step company onboarding process and cut it down to seven. That's not impressive because I'm clever — it's impressive because nobody had sat down and asked if all those steps were actually necessary.
I did that kind of work for Westpac, ANZ, CBA, IAG, and others. Enterprise systems. Zero room for error. It was good work, but here's what stuck with me: every time a big organisation wanted to modernise, they had the budget, the teams, and the patience. Meanwhile, the local tradie running his trade from a ute was still fielding phone calls after hours, losing leads because nobody answered.
I thought: if I can automate complex enterprise workflows, why couldn't someone put an AI system on their website that answers questions when they're asleep?

Do I need technical skills to install it?
No. You paste one line of code into your website's HTML (before the closing </body> tag). If you use WordPress, there's a plugin. If you're unsure, reply to this email — I'll walk you through it in 2 minutes.
What happens after the free trial?
You're charged $29/month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no forms, no phone calls. If you bring your own OpenRouter API key, you only pay for what the AI actually uses (usually pennies per month for small sites).
Will the AI hallucinate or give wrong answers?
It pulls answers directly from your website content using RAG (retrieval-augmented generation). If it doesn't know the answer, it says so — no made-up responses. You can also add custom FAQs to guide its answers.
Can I customise how it looks?
Yes. From your dashboard you can change the widget colour to match your brand, set a custom greeting message, and choose where it appears on screen (bottom-right is default).
Is my data safe?
Your website content is crawled once and stored in an isolated database scoped to your account only. We don't sell your data, train models on it, or share it with third parties. Australian-based infrastructure, privacy-first by design.
